Privacy policy

This policy explains how RAwrty (“we”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through our website, contact form, and client portal. It is intended to align with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as modernized by Law 25.

2. Information we collect

• Identity and contact details (name, email, company, phone) when you contact us or use the portal.
• Message content, project requests, and documents you send us.
• Portal account data (authentication, language preference, active organization).
• Limited technical data (server logs, essential cookies) and, only with your consent, audience analytics data.

3. Purposes

• Respond to inquiries and deliver our services.
• Operate the client portal, projects, documents, invoices, and related communications.
• Secure and operate the site, and improve it (analytics only with consent).
• Meet legal and contractual obligations.

4. Consent and technologies

Cookies and technologies that identify, locate, or profile a person (e.g. Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics) are off by default. They are enabled only after express, free, and informed consent, which you may withdraw as easily as you gave it via “Manage cookies”.

5. Third parties and transfers

We use providers (hosting, email, analytics) that may process data outside Quebec, including in the United States. Where Law 25 requires it, we assess risks and obtain appropriate consent (e.g. for analytics).

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations, or client relationship management, then securely destroy or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Subject to statutory exceptions, you may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent, and file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
