These terms govern access to and use of the rawrty.ca website and, where applicable, the RAwrty client portal. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

The site presents our consulting, technology, and design services. The client portal is limited to authorized users of partner organizations. Separate quotes, contracts, and deliverables may set specific terms that prevail in case of conflict.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Report unauthorized use to admin@rawrty.ca.

3. Content and intellectual property

Site content (text, marks, visuals, code) belongs to RAwrty or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit it without written permission, except reasonable personal non-commercial viewing.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not harm the site, portal, or other users.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to data or systems.
• Do not submit illegal, defamatory, or misleading content.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RAwrty is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or interruptions arising from use of the site. The site is provided “as is”.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Courts of the district of Quebec (or as otherwise required by law) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights.
